"No Weird Smell and Ready to Use"
It came nicely packed and didn’t have that strange new pillow smell, which I know a lot of people worry about. I used it the same night I got it and had no issues at all. Happy with it.

"I thought this pillow from sleepandglow was…"
I thought this pillow from sleepandglow was going to be the one, especially for the price. At first, it felt good and I was hopeful. But after a few months of totally normal use, the whole thing just started losing its shape like it gave up on me. It got flatter, less supportive, and definitely doesn’t feel the way it did in the beginning. I wasn’t rough with it or doing anything strange, so it’s frustrating watching it slowly turn into a sad, limp version of what I paid for. In my experience, the long-term durability just isn’t there. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"I bought this really hoping it would..."
I bought this really hoping it would take some pressure off my cheek and shoulder, but honestlyyy, it just didn’t do much for me. I still woke up sore, and I had those annoying red marks on my face like I was using a regular pillow anyway.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it felt waaay too firm in the spots where I needed it to be comfy. Kinda disappointing, and sadly I don’t feel like it was worth the money.

I emailed them twice and waited for days hoping someone would actually give me a clear answer, but when they finally replied it was so vague and didn’t really help with anything, and it just felt like once I had already paid nobody was too bothered about helping me out

"Shipping was quicker than I thought"
I ordered from sleepandglow.com and, the shipping ended up being faster than I was expecting. I got the tracking details, and the package showed up within a few days. The box arrived in good shape too, so no complaints there. To me, the only thing that could be improved is the tracking updates — they felt a little unclear at times. But overall, it was a smooth experience.

"Way better for my neck than my old pillow"
I got this pillow because I was waking up with a stiff neck almost every morning, i’m biased toward anything that actually helps my sleep. It did take me a few nights to get used to the shape, but now I wake up with way less neck pain. I’m usually picky about pillows, but I’m really happy with this one

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now, and I do feel like my sleep has improved. I’m tossing and turning less, which has been really nice. It did take a couple of nights to get used to, so that part felt a little avoidable if there had been clearer tips or setup guidance included. The price is also a bit on the high side, but overall I’m happy with it. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Not great for side sleepers"
I gave it a full week, but my shoulder felt worse and I kept waking up throughout the night. Maybe it works for some people, but as a side sleeper it just didn’t do it for me. Whoever runs this really needs to be clearer about who it’s actually made for

"Good pillow, sloppy packaging"
The pillow itself looked totally fine, but the box showed up crushed and the wrapping inside was all messy. For the price, I expected it to be packed with a little more care. Nothing was actually broken, but it still felt frustrating, like all this extra energy went into shipping it just for it to arrive looking tossed around.

I wasn’t totally sure about the size at first, but it actually fits my neck and shoulders really well. It’s not too bulky or too flat, and I barely had to mess with it during the night. Maybe it’s just the shape or the way it’s filled, but it seems to stay in place better than some others I’ve tried. Happy with it so far.

"Wish I’d Known the Shipping Would Be Slow"
I ordered from sleepandglow i kind of wish I’d been more prepared for the delivery time. The product did show up and everything was in good condition, so that part was fine. But the shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which made me wonder where my package actually was. In the end, it all worked out, but I do regret not factoring in the slower delivery. It’s not a bad experience, just not as smooth or clear as I hoped.

I really wanted this pillow to work for me, but it ended up feeling a bit too firm for my neck. I did sleep okay on it a few nights, so it’s not like it was terrible, but I never felt as comfortable as I was hoping to. "Didn't really notice any wrinkle change"
I been using this pillow for a few weeks now, and my wrinkles still looks the same to me. The pillow itself felt okay and it was comfortable enough, but for wrinkle reduction I don’t think it was worth the price. I expected a bit more, so I came away kinda disappointed.
